Reclamation of Yukon Land

Yukon agricultural landThe objective of this program is the reclamation of Yukon land which has been impacted through agricultural activity and which poses a hazard to the environment or wildlife.

Eligible activities

Activities may include, but are not limited to, removal of abandoned fences, vehicles, debris and garbage piles on agriculture titles and grazing leases. Removal or piling of organic materials is ineligible.

Eligible applicants

Individuals, farm groups, cooperatives, non-profit organizations and governments.

Eligible funding

Assistance may be provided for up to 50% of the actual project costs for individuals, up to 75% of the actual project costs for cooperatives or farm groups, and up to 100% of the actual project costs for non-profit organizations and governments to a maximum of $10,000 per project.
