The purpose of the Dawson Forest Resources Management Plan is to provide a framework for the sustainable management of a forest-based economy in the Dawson forest planning region.

The draft plan was prepared by the Dawson Forest Management Planning Team. Team members include representatives of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation, the Dawson District Renewable Resources Council, and the Government of Yukon.
