What We Do
The Human Resources (HR) team provides strategic leadership in all aspects of HR services to Energy, Mines and Resources (EMR) supervisors and employees. This includes advice, guidance and support in the effective and efficient managemant of their human resources.
Some of the services we provide are: organizational analysis, job design, recruitment, employee relations, employee training and development, pay and benefits administration, leave management and strategic planning.
