    Off-road vehicle regulations

    A summary of comments on off-road vehicle regulations has been released. The summary follows public consultation that was carried out for 60 days, ending on June 22, 2015.

    Quarry permits for designated
    public pits

    Quarry Permits for granular material from designated public pits can be acquired from your local Compliance Monitoring & Inspections District Office. Yukon residents are eligible for up to 35 cubic metres of material for personal use at no charge.

    Land application appeal process

    A guide is now available to help applicants and other parties better understand the land application appeal process.  The guide describes grounds for appeal, the levels of appeal through branch personnel, and defines timelines for appeal submissions and departmental response.
