Local Area Plan Maps

This page features Land Use Designation maps from completed Local Area Plans.

The purpose of Land Use Designation maps is to guide existing and future land use within a particular boundary. These are approved by the Minister of Energy, Mines & Resources and Cabinet. Newer plans are approved in the same manner and include First Nation resolution by Chief and Council.

New maps will be added as Local Area Plans are completed.
