Rezone lease parcel 2008-0094, part of Lot 1035, Quad 105 D/02, CLSR 72181 (downtown Carcross, across from the visitor washroom facilities), from C-4x1 (Tourist Commercial) to CMU (Commercial Mixed Use).

To facilitate the construction of nine, two storey mixed-use buildings, with ground floor commercial (as permitted under the current zoning) and residential and home-based businesses as an accessory use above the first storey. In addition, the proposed amendment would modify the parking requirement to one parking space per residential unit.
