Dredging and quarrying are regulated under the Territorial Lands Act
207 KB. The Mineral Resources branch regulates dredging; quarrying is regulated by the Lands branch. Environmental assessment for these activities is conducted by the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board.
