Sometimes, an application for an oil and gas activity involves the jurisdiction of both Oil and Gas Resources and the Building Safety Branch. These procedures lay out the process that both branches have agreed to follow in that situation.  The Building Safety Branch is part of the Yukon government Community Services Department.
