Final Pipeline Approval (Pipeline Project Permits)
The Foothills pipeline project would receive final regulatory approval from the Northern Pipeline Act. This Act is specific to the Foothills pipeline project only. Any Greenfield pipeline project would receive regulatory approval from the National Energy Board.
