Carcross Development Area

The area is comprised of all residential, commercial and industrial lands within Carcross. The planning boundary extends north to the sewage lagoon, east to the waste transfer station, south to the Natasaheeni subdivision and west to Lake Bennett beach. The Yukon government worked with Carcross Tagish First Nation and the community of Carcross to develop the Carcross Local Area Plan  14.4 MB, which came into place February 2014. The existing zoning regulations, linked below, will be updated in the near future to reflect the new plan.
