Security Held for Mining Projects
Financial security for major mines in Yukon is held under a Quartz Mining License or Mining Land Use Approval or a Type A or B Water Licence. The amount and form of security is determined pursuant to the Quartz Mining Act 
578 KB or the Waters Act 250 KB.
